TENDER STAFF IN HA NOI
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare bidding, settlement payment, and as-built dossiers of the technical infrastructure and landscape.
- Monitor the norms of materials, labor costs and other costs at projects.
- Calculate and check the volume of construction items compared to the contract.
- Calculate and check the volume of supplies arising.
- Control, monitor, and update site costs, project management costs: Camp shack / temporary office, security guard, warehouse, experiment, Inspection ...
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience of at least 2 years or more in making estimates, bidding, payment and as-built dossiers. Major in construction economy.
- Hard-working and progressive spirit.
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience in making civil works settlement dossiers and bidding certificates, understanding of the urban landscape.
- Able to go to provincial projects, or projects around Hanoi. Flexible time on projects in charge.
