PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage project progress on-site and internally, coordinate work between the production department and site progress to meet the requirements of the projects/ customers.
  • Coordinate progress including all ongoing projects
  • Work directly with customers during construction to solve problems related to progress, quality, costs incurred, including having meetings at site
  • Project cost management
  • Risk management and contingency planning for unexpected customer/site problems
  • Quality management, quality assurance of works, and products that meet company standards and customer requirements. Quality management work including production, installation and subcontractor processes (if any)
  • Report the working progress to a Head of division weekly
  • Participate in weekly department and customer schedule meetings (if any)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Gender: 1 Male
  • Graduated in project management or at least 5 years of experience in managing interior construction projects or signs
  • Intermediate level in English (spoken and written)
  • Understanding current regulations of the State related to structural construction is preferable
  • Ability to manage teams with a good organizational method and work management
  • Consulting, planning, supervision, management, communication, presentation skills,
  • Strong knowledge about Windows Office
  • Good at presentation and communication, agile, honest, withstand high pressure at work
  • Quick situation handling, clear & coherent thinking
  • Exquisite aesthetics, agility in capturing the needs of customers' design
  • Careful, meticulous, creative
